I’ve been keeping my 3rd planting of beets under a shade cloth and as you can see
I’ve finally got beets for fall and winter.
The kale is also up.
Now to keep those pesky harlequin beetles from devouring it.
My only surviving artichoke is doing well….however, I don’t think that it’s going to produce this year…do you? Hopefully [...]

I was roasting tomatoes for sauce when we ran into a new favorite.
